TypeS of analysiS

HuDeCA favors workflows of scRNA-seq and single-nucleus (sn)RNA-seq using 10X Genomics Chromium technology. It will also provide a unique  imaging platform, combining fluorescent molecular detection techniques in whole-mount human specimens with subsequent 3D imaging and rendering. Time-lapse imaging will be used to study the dynamics of cells in pre-implantation embryos.

Single-cell analysis

A wide range of ultra-high-throughput genomics data will be generated during the project. 10x Genomics Chromium technology is used to obtain RNA and DNA sequencing data.

3D imagery

Molecular signature of different organs obtained by single-cell transcriptomics will be made visible in situ with 3D cell imaging in intact environment, providing new ways of exploring cell populations during human fetal development.
