Models for 3D Printing

Units of size of file are given in um. Since the actual size of the embryos and thus datasets are very small, we recommend scaling up to user-desired size for printing. Since the shapes are quite complex and fragile, we recommend 3D printing technologies with minimal post-processing such as SLS printing, or FDM printing.

Data users are free to use and analyze data in the Database  that they did not generate, but are asked to adhere to the Fort Lauderdale principles: they should not publish major analyses before the data generators do so; if there is any doubt, they should contact data generators to let them know how they are using the data and to agree on an appropriate scope for analysis; and they should cite the dataset and acknowledge Hudeca and the Hudeca biobank in any publications and presentations that make use of the data.
