Datasets for VR

Here are some instructions to utilize the free syGlass View application:

1. Know the requirements: you should have a Windows-based PC with virtual reality capability (dedicated GPU) and a PC-linked virtual reality headset (Oculus Quest 2, Pico 4, Lynx VR)
2. Download syGlass View here, https://www.syglass.io/license, and follow the directions to install the software.
3. After installation,  select the VR-dataset  you’d like to view.

This is the license for these 3D image datasets and the license for other Hudeca data in the future may differ.

Data users are free to use and analyze data in the Database  that they did not generate, but are asked to adhere to the Fort Lauderdale principles: they should not publish major analyses before the data generators do so; if there is any doubt, they should contact data generators to let them know how they are using the data and to agree on an appropriate scope for analysis; and they should cite the dataset and acknowledge Hudeca and the Hudeca biobank in any publications and presentations that make use of the data.
